Refunds and returns

Please note our returns policy for our online purchases is different from our in store purchases.

In Store Returns Policy

For in store purchases we issue a credit note for items that are being returned. All returned goods should be unused and in their original packaging. It is your responsibility to return the goods to our store in Carrickmacross in their original condition.


We recognise that you may not be able to return certain goods to the store. In this case we can arrange a collection of the goods. Charges for this will be in line with current carrier costs, these costs will be made clear prior to collection and full payment of these costs will be expected before collection takes place.

We strongly advise that before you purchase furniture, to ensure that the dimensions of the doors, entrance hall & room are suitable for the intended purchase.
We are unable to accept returns of

  • Custom made orders – If the item in question has been specially custom made for you, we regret that it cannot be returned or cancelled as production may have already have commenced.
  • Flat packed furniture that has been assembled
  • For hygiene reasons mattresses where the packaging has been broken
  • Floor models and stock clearance items also cannot be returned

Online Returns Policy

Under the Distance Selling regulations if you have changed your mind about your purchase, you have 14 days from the day you received your product(s) to tell us that you want to return your goods. You can do this by contacting us on (042) 969 2553 or by emailing us at [email protected]. All returned goods should be unused and in their original packaging. It is your responsibility to return the goods to our store in Carrickmacross in their original condition. This must be within 14 days of notification to withdraw from the contract.

We are unable to accept returns of

  • custom made orders
  • flat packed furniture that has been assembled
  • for hygiene reasons mattresses where the packaging has been broken
  • floor models and stock clearance items also cannot be returned

The returned goods will be inspected, provided they are in original packaging and have not been used, you will be refunded by whatever payment method was made to make the purchase within 14 days.

Cancellation By Us

We reserve the right to cancel any order if

  • We have insufficient stock to fulfil your request
  • We are unable to deliver to your area
  • One or more of the items ordered was priced incorrectly in store or on our website
  • Your payment transaction has not been authorised

If we do cancel your order, we will contact you either by phone or by email to inform you of our decision. We will refund any monies due but will not be obliged to offer any compensation for disappointment suffered.

Faulty/Damaged Items

If you feel an item you have received is faulty, please contact our store in Carrickmacross on (042) 969 2553 or by emailing us [email protected]. Please include your details, order/docket number, phone number and photos of the damaged item. We will contact you promptly to discuss a resolution to your issue.
